Who we are
WebSage Lab designs and builds websites and online stores. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means WebSage Lab. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@websagelab.com.
What we collect
- Details you send us. Your name, email address, business or agency name, website address and anything you write in our contact form or emails.
- Basic usage data. Pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
- Project information. If we work together, the files, content and account access you share for your project.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To plan, build and support your project if you become a client.
- To keep this website working and improve it.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run our business, such as email, file storage and website hosting providers. Each one handles your data under its own privacy terms. For white-label work, we share project details only with the agency that hired us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting, then deleted.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
