Your clients stay your clients
We sign your NDA before seeing any client details, agree not to approach your clients directly or indirectly, and never show your projects in our portfolio unless you say so in writing.
Agency questions
Will my client ever know you built the site?
No. We don’t contact your client, appear in the site’s code or credits, or use your projects publicly. All communication goes through you.
Can you work with our project management tools?
Yes. We join your Slack, Teams, Asana, Trello, ClickUp or email threads, and follow your naming and handover conventions.
Do you do design only, or build only?
Both, or either. Send us your own designs to build, or have us design and you build. Pricing follows the scope.
Who handles hosting and licences?
You or your client. We work in the accounts you provide and register licences in your name, so nothing depends on us after handover.
What if my client wants changes after launch?
Send them to us through your usual channel. Fixes are covered for 30 days, and later changes are quoted quickly at your partner rate.
