A physio clinic site built around one job: booking an appointment.
How we’d approach a small clinic that gets most of its patients from local search and loses them to a slow, phone-only booking process.

The problem
Patients wanted to book. The site made them call.
A typical clinic site lists treatments and a phone number, then leaves people to ring during opening hours. Anyone searching in the evening, with a sore back, moves on to the next clinic in the results.
Our approach
Put the next free slot on the homepage.
The design leads with a plain promise and the next available appointments, so booking takes two taps. Treatment pages answer the questions people ask before they commit: what happens, how long, how much.
Key screens
Designed on mobile first, because that’s where most clinic searches happen.
What the build includes
Everything the clinic team needs to run the site without calling a developer.
Live appointment slots
Connected to the clinic’s booking system, showing the next free times on the homepage.
Treatment pages
One page per condition, with what to expect, session length, price and a booking button.
Team profiles
Each therapist with photo, specialisms and their own booking link.
Local search setup
Clinic details, map, opening hours and Google Business Profile linked consistently.
Easy editing
Prices, hours and team members editable from simple fields, with a recorded walkthrough.
Accessible design
Large tap targets, high contrast and clear headings for patients of every age.
How success is measured
What we'd track after launch
A concept study has no results yet, so here’s what we’d measure for a real clinic in the first three months.
